Last weekend, Boggarts Breakfast Morris danced at the Papplewick Pumping Station Museum Steampunk Festival in Nottinghamshire. Though the forecast was meant to be overcast, the sun came out and we were able to mix and mingle with the fantastic steampunk enthusiasts – whose costumes were fantastic.
We had a great time, dancing for the crowds, having lots of pictures taken and purchasing a variety of steampunk and other stuff from the stalls on offer. Some of us even crowded onto a tractor to visit the underground reservoir – well worth a visit if you are at the museum. (We even got in an underground rendition of John Ball!).
Such a great festival – we hope to be invited again……
